Job Description
As a Credit Solutions Liaison - Private Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial solutions to our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and businesses, advising them on credit strategies, and facilitating credit transactions to meet their unique financial needs and bring their dreams to reality. Your expertise and exceptional client relationship skills will be instrumental in building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and businesses, acting as the primary point of contact for their credit-related needs.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and credit requirements.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on credit solutions, including loan products, lines of credit, mortgage options, and other financing alternatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as underwriters, legal teams, and relationship managers, to structure credit proposals and negotiate terms.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate clients' creditworthiness and determine suitable credit solutions.
- Prepare and present credit proposals to clients, ensuring clarity, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of credit transactions, including documentation, loan disbursements, and ongoing monitoring of credit facilities.
- Proactively monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and offering additional financial solutions as appropriate.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding credit products, lending policies, and relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or CFA are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, credit solutions, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong understanding of credit products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed financial analysis and risk assessments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, including loan origination platforms, credit analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
